Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between YEJIN Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") and users, as well as the conditions and procedures for use of the official website www.yejinai.com operated by the Company and the online information services incidental thereto (hereinafter the "Website").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows.
- "Website" means the website operated by the Company to provide information about its company and business and to receive inquiries from users, together with the online pages incidental thereto.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Website and uses the information and functions provided by the Company, regardless of whether such person has registered as a member.
- "Content" means all documents, text, images, videos, charts, designs, software, technical materials, press releases, postings, and any other information posted on the Website.
- "Inquiry Service" means the function through which a user may submit inquiries to the Company regarding service adoption, technical cooperation, partnership, system implementation, investment, recruitment, vouchers, and other matters via the Website.
- "External Services" means the websites and services operated by ZeliAi, affiliated companies, partners, or third parties that are linked from the Website through links or buttons.
- Terms not defined in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant statutes and general commercial practices.
Article 3 (Posting and Application of the Terms)
- The Company shall post these Terms at the bottom of the Website or on a separate linked screen so that users may easily review their contents.
- These Terms apply when a user accesses the Website to view Content or uses the Inquiry Service.
- External Services may be subject to the separate terms of service, privacy policies, and operating policies of the operators of such services.
- Matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant statutes, the Company's Privacy Policy, and the individual notices posted on the Website.
Article 4 (Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate the relevant statutes.
- When the Company amends the Terms, it shall post the details of the amendment, the effective date, and the reasons for the amendment on the Website.
- As a general rule, changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of users shall be announced from at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Where the amendment is unfavorable to users, notice shall be provided with a reasonable prior notice period.
- The amended Terms shall apply to use of the Website occurring on or after the effective date.
- The Company shall not apply any provision that restricts users' rights or unilaterally exempts the Company from liability in a manner not permitted under the relevant statutes. Any provision that excludes liability for the business operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or that shifts risk to customers without reasonable grounds, may be restricted.
Article 5 (Purpose and Scope of the Website)
- The Company may provide the following information through the Website.
- Company overview, vision, mission, corporate philosophy, and key history
- The CEO's message, organization, ideal talent profile, and recruitment information
- The Company's technologies, intellectual property rights, certifications, and research and development achievements
- Introductions to the Company's principal products and services, including ZeliAi
- Information on AI solutions for enterprises and public institutions and customized implementation services
- Information relating to on-premises deployment, small language models, and data security
- Case studies, news, press releases, notices, updates, and insights
- Information relating to investment, partnership, technical cooperation, service adoption, recruitment, and vouchers
- Receipt of various inquiries regarding the Company
- Other corporate information that the Company deems necessary
- The Website is a corporate information site intended to introduce the Company and its business and to receive inquiries, and is not a site that provides separate membership registration or direct use of the ZeliAi AI service.
- Actual use of the ZeliAi platform takes place on a separate service site, and separate terms of service and a separate privacy policy apply to such service.
- The product and service information posted on the Website is intended for general introduction, and the specific scope of supply, development details, schedule, cost, performance guarantees, and responsibilities shall be separately determined in individual contracts or proposals.
The attached Website Implementation Guidelines also define the YEJIN website as the official digital hub for corporate branding, technology and solution information, B2B and B2G sales, investor relations, and receipt of inquiries.
Article 6 (Use of the Website)
- Users may view the Content made public on the Website without separate membership registration.
- The viewing, downloading, or use of certain materials may be restricted in accordance with the Company's policies.
- When using the Website, users shall comply with the relevant statutes, these Terms, the Company's notices, and generally accepted standards of internet use.
- The Company may process access logs, error logs, and technical information for the security, operation, and quality management of the Website, in accordance with the relevant statutes and the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Use of the Inquiry Service)
- Users may submit the following inquiries through the inquiry form on the Website.
- Service and technical inquiries
- Consultations on the adoption of AI solutions
- Inquiries on customized system implementation
- Inquiries on AI adoption for enterprises and public institutions
- Partnership and technical cooperation inquiries
- Investment and investor relations inquiries
- Recruitment inquiries
- Inquiries relating to vouchers and support programs
- Other inquiries relating to the Company's business
- When submitting an inquiry, users shall enter accurate information that is consistent with the facts.
- The Company may process the name, company name, contact information, email address, and inquiry details for the purpose of confirming and responding to inquiries, and the specific details of such processing shall be governed by the separate Privacy Policy and the consent form for the collection and use of personal information.
- As a general rule, consent to the Terms of Service and consent to the collection and use of personal information shall be operated separately, and the inquiry form shall separately provide a link to the Privacy Policy and the necessary consent procedures. The processing and protection of personal information shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
- The receipt of an inquiry does not constitute the Company's acceptance of an offer, conclusion of a contract, commitment to delivery, attraction of investment, recruitment, or participation in a business.
- The Company may restrict its response to, or decline to process, the following inquiries.
- Inquiries using false information or another person's information
- Advertising, promotional, sales, or repetitive spam-like inquiries
- Content containing abuse, slander, threats, or defamation
- Content that infringes the rights of the Company or a third party
- Content relating to illegal acts or improper purposes
- Cases involving malicious code, harmful links, or abnormal files
- Content that is not directly related to the Company's business
- Cases likely to interfere with the normal operation of the Website
- Depending on the nature of the inquiry, the matters requiring verification, and the workload of the relevant department, the Company's response may take a considerable period of time.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts of Users)
In using the Website, users shall not engage in any of the following acts.
- Misappropriating another person's name, contact information, or personal information
- Entering false information or causing the Company to be misled
- Infringing the copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, personal information, or other rights of the Company or a third party
- Reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, or commercially using the Website's Content without the Company's prior approval
- Improperly analyzing or circumventing the structure, source code, data, or technical protection measures of the Website
- Excessively collecting information or placing a load on the server by using automated programs, crawlers, scrapers, or the like
- Transmitting or distributing malicious code, viruses, or abnormal programs
- Gaining unauthorized access to the Website or server, or detecting or attacking security vulnerabilities
- Impersonating the Company or its officers or employees, or representing that a partnership or endorsement relationship with the Company exists
- Distributing illegal information or information that infringes the rights of others
- Acts that violate the relevant statutes, public order, or social order
- Any other act that interferes with the stable operation of the Website
The distribution of illegal information and the like through information and communications networks may be restricted in accordance with the relevant statutes.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- The copyrights and intellectual property rights in the composition, design, text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, technical materials, software, databases, postings, and other Content of the Website belong to the Company or the rightful right holders.
- Users may use the Content made public on the Website only for personal and non-commercial purposes of obtaining information.
- Users may not use the Website's Content in any of the following ways without the Company's prior written consent.
- Reproduction, modification, translation, or editing
- Transmission, distribution, publication, or public transmission
- Sale, rental, or use for commercial purposes
- Building a database or using the Content as AI training data

- Third-party trademarks, images, documents, and other Content included in the Website are subject to the rights and terms of use of the respective right holders.
Article 10 (Nature of the Website Information)
- The content posted on the Website regarding the Company, technologies, products, services, certifications, business plans, adoption effects, schedules, and performance is prepared based on the information verified at the time of posting.
- The content of the Website may change in accordance with changes in technology development, the business environment, policies, partner relationships, product specifications, or operating plans.
- Although the Company makes efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee that all information is complete or current at any particular point in time.
- The projected performance, expected effects, business plans, or technology development directions stated on the Website shall not be construed as determining or guaranteeing future results.
- Before making any important transaction or decision, users shall separately verify the relevant information through the Company's official representatives.
- The Content of the Website alone does not establish any contract, agency, employment, investment, partnership, or legal relationship between the Company and users.
Article 11 (Case Studies and Performance Information)
- The case studies made public on the Website are intended to illustrate the manner in which, and the results with which, the Company's technologies and solutions may be applied.
- Where the Company posts examples, pilots, or application scenarios that are not actual customer cases, it shall appropriately indicate this so that users do not mistake them for actual adoption results.
- The performance or effects presented in individual cases may vary depending on the customer's industry, data, work environment, scope of adoption, and operating conditions, and the same results are not guaranteed.
- Where the Company posts the names, trademarks, logos, or business details of customers or partners, it shall make efforts to obtain the necessary authorization or consent.
Article 12 (External Links and External Services)
- The Website may include links to websites operated by the ZeliAi service, affiliates, partners, media outlets, public institutions, or other third parties.
- The mere provision of an external link does not mean that the Company endorses or is responsible for the services, content, transactions, or operators of the linked site.
- Once a user accesses an External Service, the terms, privacy policy, and policies of the relevant operator shall apply.
- Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the content, availability, security, personal information processing, or transactions of External Services operated by third parties.
Article 13 (Modification and Suspension of the Website)
- The Company may change all or part of the Website as necessary for functional improvement, security enhancement, system maintenance, content modification, or operational needs.
- The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict the provision of the Website in any of the following cases.
- Maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of servers, networks, or information and communications facilities
- Power outages, communication failures, or cloud or hosting failures
- Hacking, malicious code, or other security incidents
- Natural disasters, war, infectious disease, or other equivalent force majeure
- A court order or a lawful request from an administrative agency
- Other cases necessary for the stable operation of the Website
- Scheduled maintenance or suspension shall be announced in advance to the extent possible; provided that, in cases of urgent reasons, notice may be given afterward.
- The Company may discontinue certain menus, content, or functions of the Website as necessary for management or operational reasons.
Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)
- The Company may process personal information to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website and the handling of inquiries.
- The specific matters concerning the purposes of processing personal information, the items collected, the retention period, the entrustment of processing, provision to third parties, cross-border transfer, destruction procedures, and users' rights shall be set forth in a separate Privacy Policy.
- The Company implements technical, administrative, and physical protective measures in accordance with the relevant statutes to prevent personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, forged, altered, or damaged. The Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act requires safety-securing measures such as restriction of access rights and internal management plans.
- Users shall not include in their inquiries any resident registration number, financial information, password, sensitive information, or personal information of third parties that is not strictly necessary for business purposes.
- Where a user includes the personal information of a third party in an inquiry, the user shall secure lawful authority to process it or the consent of such third party.
Article 15 (Cookies and Access Information)
- The Company may use cookies or similar technologies to provide the normal functions of the Website, improve the user experience, analyze visitor statistics, and measure marketing performance.
- Analytics or marketing cookies, other than essential cookies, may be operated with the user's choice or consent in accordance with the relevant statutes and the Company's policies.
- Users may refuse the storage of optional cookies through their browser settings or the cookie settings function of the Website.
- The types of cookies, their purposes of use, retention periods, and configuration methods may be found in the Privacy Policy or a separate cookie notice.
The attached Implementation Guidelines also distinguish between essential, analytics, and marketing cookies, and are designed so that analytics tools operate only after the user's consent.
Article 16 (Responsibilities of the Company)
- The Company complies with the relevant statutes and these Terms and makes reasonable efforts to ensure the stable operation of the Website.
- The Company makes efforts to maintain the accuracy, legality, and currency of the information posted on the Website.
- Where damage is caused to a user by the Company's willful misconduct or negligence, the Company shall bear liability in accordance with the relevant statutes.
- The Company does not exclude, through these Terms, any legal liability arising from its own willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 17 (Limitation of Liability)
- Where the Company is unable to provide the Website due to natural disasters, war, power outages, network failures, server failures, hacking, or other causes that the Company cannot reasonably control, its liability may be limited.
- The Company shall not be liable for any impairment of Website use or damage arising from causes attributable to the user.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damage arising from the use of general information provided free of charge on the Website, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.
- The Company does not guarantee the realization of any business results, conclusion of contracts, attraction of investment, selection for government support programs, or other outcomes that a user expects from using the information on the Website.
- The Company shall not be liable for the operation of External Services linked from the Website or for the acts of external operators, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.
- This Article shall not apply where the Company's liability cannot be limited under the relevant statutes.
Article 18 (Damages)
- Where the Company or a user causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms or the relevant statutes, the party at fault shall be liable to compensate for such damage.
- Where a user causes damage to the Company or a third party through the transmission of illegal content, infringement of rights, security attacks, or other acts in violation of these Terms, the user shall be liable to compensate for such damage to the extent of the user's fault.
- Except as otherwise provided by the relevant statutes, the scope of damages shall be based on damage that has actually occurred and been proven.
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
- Matters concerning these Terms and the use of the Website shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Website, the Company and the user shall make efforts to resolve it amicably through sincere mutual consultation.
- The court having jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved through consultation shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act and other relevant statutes.
- Where a separate contract has been concluded between the Company and a corporate or institutional customer, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of such contract shall take precedence.
